Seated resistance-band row

Steps

  1. Sit near the front of a stable chair, feet flat. Loop an intact band around both feet and hold the ends.
  2. Sit tall, arms forward, band lightly taut.
  3. Draw elbows back close to your sides; shoulder blades move gently together.
  4. Return arms forward slowly.
  5. Check the band for damage and avoid sharp edges; choose resistance that allows steady form.

Variants

  • Reduce band tension and use a shorter range.

Equipment

  • resistance band, stable chair

Safety notes

  • Stay within a pain-free, controllable range. Stop for pain or discomfort; seek individual medical advice first if you have symptoms, an injury or uncertainty.
