Choose a suitable level
Begin with a version you can control. Understand movement range, stability and breathing first; then change difficulty or volume gradually. Wall push-ups and lower-support variants, for example, belong to the same movement family.
Understand loading
A highlighted area shows major involved muscles, not perfect isolation. Other muscles assist. Several similar exercises often load the same region. Account for recovery, symptoms and daily life; sharp pain or dizziness are not training goals.
